Attractions
About one hundred amphorae from a sunken ancient ship were found in the Podvelebit Channel, in Vlaška Mala Bay in 2004. This valuable site under the sea, dating back to the 1st century B.C., is protected by an iron cage. Part of the amphorae discovered in that undersea locality is exhibited in the Novalja Town Museum.
