Our tourist agency was established in 1995 and has been working successfully as agent in private accommodation bookings in Stara Novalja and its surroundings on the island of Pag.

Our primary activity is renting apartments and rooms in private houses in Stara Novalja and Novalja. One of the greatest advantages of that we offer to our guests is accomodation in apartments and rooms in the immediate vicinity of the beach or not far from the sea.

All apartments are well arranged, comfortable and fully equipped. Their good position will provide pleasant holidays at moderate prices even to the most demanding of guests. Our guests can choose from a wide range of accommodation facilities, from standard to luxurious private apartments.

Our aspiration is to further raise the quality of our service in order to satisfy all our guests' requirements, starting from their visit to our web site, booking, up to accomodation in apartments.

Booking and payment​

Inquiries and booking for accommodation are received electronically, by e-mail or in person at the agency's office.
When booking, the guest confirms that he accepts this terms entirely. When booking, the guest is required to give all the information necessary for the booking procedure.
To confirm the booking it is necessary to pay the advance of 30% of the total amount. The rest must be paid on the arrival date in our tourist agency. The guest is informed about the payment methods while confirming the reservation.
 

Methods of payment

Guests from abroad can pay their reservations using bank transfers to our account. For the payment to the KOTVA tourist agency you need the following information:
- payment from: name, family name and address of the reservation holder
- recipient : Kotva tourist agency

Cancellation policy

The 30% of the total amount of booked service is an advance and serves as a guarantee that the guest will use the booked service, and as damages compensation in case of cancellation or the guest failing to appear at the accommodation. In case the reservation has been cancelled by the guest, Kotva tourist agency holds the right to do the following: 

- for cancellation received ≥ 60 days prior to arrival, 20% of the total amount will be retained (plus bank return costs).
- for cancellation received 0-59 days prior to arrival, the total advance will be retained.
